If you're writing a story, do you draft in the computer immediately?

kharen @kharen (1488) • Philippines 26 Aug 08

I'm just wondering if there are still people like me who wrote their draft of a story in their notebook because they don't have time to sit in front of a computer for some reasons. It's very tiring to do so but I don't have a...

pehpot I do that most of the times. I cannot sit in front of the computer because my attention would be diverted to other things and I will forget things that I need to write or I want to write. While sipping coffee on the morning I take some notes on the site I...

Do you prefer reading with an ebook reader or with an old bulky book?

kharen @kharen (1488) • Philippines 26 Mar 11

Right now, I still prefer reading a book. There's something about the feel of turning pages of paper that makes me like it better rather than reading an ebook. I have about 5 ebooks on my phone right now including The Van...

theonlyone123 I would still prefer holding the bulky book and flip through the pages. I would the feeling of physically turning the pages one by one (though the tablet or ebook reader can do that, but I can't feel the pages). However, if I am traveling, I would prefer bring...

Angelwriter I like both, and I'm not sure I can favor one over the other. For me, it's the story that matters, not the packaging its in. But, for books, I do love the feel and the smell - bookstores smell wonderful. All that lovely paper and ink. And also when you get a...

kharen @kharen (1488) • Philippines 26 Mar 11

I fell in love with my best friend but he's too young and I can't face it. I don't know if it's wrong to say that it's wrong to love him. But one thing I know is there are lots more girls out there his age or younger than him that...

Rapuncille i'm a newbie and i tend to respond more in other's discussions. it has nothing to do with my earning strategy, i guess it's easier for me to give my opinion on things rather than to come up with a topic that will be responded on. i guess i sucked on that at...

Have you tried purchasing anything online?

kharen @kharen (1488) • Philippines 27 Mar 11

Online shopping is very convenient and common these days. I, for one have an online shop in multiply. I'm selling Grendha, Ipanema, Rider, Ilhabela and Havaianas products. My brother also has one sells bags/purses (with my help in...

lynnemg I think that it is great for some people to be able to make friends and even find the love of their life on-line, but at the same time, I am a big sceptic. I say this because on-line, many people lie about who they really are, and can be sooo convincing. Then,...

Alnitak I think a phone doesn't really count as an e-book reader. The LCD little screen makes it difficult to read for a long time but that doesn't happen with e-ink screens. I've seen readers in a shop and if I had the money I'd buy one because of their functions...
