metschica25 I was on Weight watchers and lost almost 100 lbs in 2 years . You will see results within 2 weeks on that diet . It is easy because you pick what you want to eat

Canteen i live in Chongqing, China. the weather is very hot here in summer. and it's very cold in winter. so the climate here isn't good. but the food here is really delicious.
