At present, i smoke 20 to 25 cigarettes a day and i need to quit it as soon as possible. I tried to leave it completely but it didn't worked, it made me quiet sick and i couldn't concentrate on my work!! what should i do ??

Longest hour you've gone without sleep!

How many hours? I can stand like maybe a day and a half without sleep, but that's it! More than that you'll find me really groggy and not myself anymore, haha... my brains would automatically be commanding my eyelids to shut...

kuntal41101 its been quiet a few times happened that i didn't slept at night... but once it's been more than 50 hours that i went on without a sleep!! then when got to my bed... then i was a dead dog for next 12 hrs !!
