How do you relax yourself when under stress

Long time being under stress have maked me gloomy and upset. Anything could bore me. I think I should get some action to relax myself. Mybe making a phone call with my friend or jogging in the morning would make me feel good.

luckysong every one has their diffirent way to relax when they are in stress ,for me , i find a way of singing ,when i in stress or upset ,i will play music loudly and singsing loudly ,after that i would feel much better
