makimachriv i think it is not advisable to use shampoo everyday. Our hair produces oils and its make our hair strands stronger. If we use shampoo everyday we are washing off the oils form our hairs. I myself don't use shampoo as always in a day i usually just shampoo...

El Nido fascinates me that much... the blue waters, the white sand beaches.. I have been to El Nido three times and the place is quite relaxing and if i am to rate the place i will give it a high 10! Have you been to El Nido?
