i used to take about 3-4 cups, but now i'm down to 1-2, i'm not sure if it canreally keep you awake and active...i used to think it worked for me, but now it has no effect whatsoever...i am still always sleepy...how about you?

Yes! Our very own Bitoy, is on the September's issue of Reader's Digest. Not only that, he is the cover on the said issue. Isn't that great! A Filipino made it to the Reader's Digest cover!
