mnarisha I think AMD is the 1st to introduce energy saving chips, then follow by intel core 2... in idle situation AMD more saving than intel chip.. but in performance index, intel is saving than AMD can do..

mnarisha before CORE 2 realease, i will rate AMD 9, intel 5.. but after that.. Intel i will rate 9, AMD = 8... currently AMD Phenom cannot perform faster than Intel chips..
