mytime08161983 oh thank you for sharing that information. and the only thing that i can add into this is that it is not good to drink cold beverage when you are full. as i've heard it makes ones metabolism slow. and its kinda painful to the tummy.

mytime08161983 oh yeah i agree it makes me feel sleepy too and craving at the same time for some sweets during those kind of wheather. i think why people feel sleepy when it rain because it is very relaxing and the temperature its somewhat cold.
