natuser28 Being alone for the holidays is not a bad idea depending upon how you look at it. Are you close to family? Near relatives, friends or social areas? Last but not lease, you join a organization for the needy. There's plenty of people who do not have.

I just got over having a really yucky sore throat, which hurt like the dickens. Now it seems like I've gone and gotten myself a cold. It probably has something to do with this very abrupt cold front we've had the last few days....

natuser28 Start making citrus your new religion. Orange juice and 1000mg of vitamin c will kill colds and strength your immune system. also, always wash your hands before you put something in your mouth; reduce germs.
