SweetTrix I don't think there are any particular laws for ptr/ptc sites in the united states, but if you run a business and sell things you need licenses. A lot ptc sites don't follow the laws and try to scam people, I think thats why PayPal is getting strict.

SweetTrix well Paypal probably has gotten a lot of complaints about ptc sites since a lot of them turn out to be scams. And i know many of the sites are located out of the united states so that they wont have to pay taxes on the money they make and they would also need...
