When giving directions, do you rely on street names or landmarks?

I usually give directions using landmarks. It remember landmarks better than street names. And it is better to get landmarks direction than street name. Do you agree? Or you remember most of the street names in you area?

oldhippo I'm more of a landmark driecting sort of person. My main aim though is to try at all times to avoid confusing the poor soul who has the misfortune to ask me!

oldhippo Not a big covers fan. However, The Damned did a good cover of Eloise. Stairway to Heaven was well covered by The Far Corporation. I also heard a good cover on the latest episode of CSI, Placebo do a pretty cool cover of Kate Bush - Running up that hill.
