Does taking tea prior to sleep, have any effects on the sleeping pattern? i love tea, but quite often I am getting sleep disturbances. During the day when active it keeps me up to task. pic by pixabay

Today, I look at my daughter and thank God. At times, I am overwhelmed with the amount of work I have to do so that she is comfortable. but when she runs about and smiles, I get fulfilled and gets more energy to even work hard.
