Turn up the Quiet

Good morning.
Once in a while I sit in my office and reflect on the sounds of quiet.
Now and then I want to turn up the Quiet.
This is how I am feeling today.
the photo is for @teamfreak16.Yes,Scott I was a cyclist in my days.
Everyday Mike and I take off for our ride.We hit different area.
I really miss my biking very much.
At that time had not fear.Today is fearless.
I try to get to riding.But my balance was not very good.
Have to be careful with the traffic out there.
The year when the photo is1987.
I was a young pup there
Thought that Scott will enjoy the photos.
How is your day going

You look great in that photo Fredo.
Please be careful on your bike Fredo.
Just take it out for a walk with you and try to ride if you can but if you can´t at least it will have been some time outside for you.
I love the silence also I never want it to end.

Just got back from a long trek to fetch me a parcel where the transport man got lost again so I am looking for nice peace and quiet right now.

Alfredo, love that picture of you. I used to ride a bike a lot and especially in the summer over to my favorite lake. I even brought my last bike here but gave it away. When I went to buy a bike again I sat on it and froze. I thought of falling off and so I decided not to ride one again. I am envious of those that can do all the things I did when I was younger, but, those days are behind me.

Great picture there Fredo
I haven't ridden a bike in many years but loved it when I was younger. I'd probably fall off and break my neck if I tried riding a bike these days
