When was your last time you washed your car yourself?

I always wash my car myself, I've only taken my car to a carwash once when my partner paid for it. But then again I don't like carwashes they make me feel claustrophobic. I don't know if you are lazy, it depends on what else you don't do...lol

uhm i think the last time i washed my car was few weeks ago. i don't like sending them to the car wash because they don't do a good job in washing. And i had a bad experience and that's it. A portion of my front bumper's paint was scratched off because the workers didn't properly signal me to go on the belt and it scratched the metal on the machine and i was so upset. so i always clean my car on my own. but my car is very dirty now and it really needs washing soon..

Hubby washes ours all the time, and cleans it inside and out, with products by Dry Wash and Guard. It really shines when he is done, and it saves water and is kind to the environment. I would not say you are lazy for using a car wash, though.

I washed our car and truck a couple of weeks ago. They need washed again but it has been riany here. We want to wash them and wax them both also when the weather clears up. I would love to take my car to the car wash sometimes but the closest one is 15 miles away so it is easier to do it at home.

I enjoy washing my car and truck,i do it cause i can do it better..I have taken it to the car wash and it is not entirely clean...But its one of those washes you spray...The main reason i do the washing is because it is very good exercise and i love to be out doors..I love yard work and washing my car & truck,and i also love to rake and burn leaves,call me nuts but i feel like i have really accommplished something...I could live out doors but i have to be inside at night.Lol....Doing these things i enjoy keeps me going and the exercise i love...I even enjoy mowing my lawn....

Was about a month ago I washed my car myself. And I am about to wash it again maybe later today in the afternoon cos it's a cloudy day. Can you believe it if I tell you washing my own car is a breather for me? That's because I work from home so washing my own car/bike is a time to get out of my apartment unit go wonstairs and enjoy the air.

I always wash my car myself, but sometimes I have to take it to a hand car wash because they don't allow us to wash our cars in our apartment's parking lot. I think I took it there last week and have been doing that for about a month. Mostly, though, I just wipe it down with a damp cloth and clean the windows. I just bought this car and it's got a couple of minor dents, so I am trying to keep it clean. With my old car, I didn't care after about a year after I bought it and only washed it once or twice a year. But, it was still in pretty good shape when I sold it.

I think the last time I washed my car was probably sometime last Summer. I always wash it when it's summer because of all the pollen and dust that attaches itself to my car. I don't like it so I wash it several times during the summer. Of course, I can't wash it in the winter so I don't even bother with it.

I washed my car last week. I hate doing it and it only gets done when people start to bug me about my dirty car! It is old and leaks around the windows so I can't take it through a real car wash without getting soaked.

Hello 1qazxsw2, I can't remember the last time I washed my own car - that would be my first car which I bought in 1999. I never get a chance to wash my present car. I normally send to the car wash as I don't have time at all to wash it by myself. And, the only thing I can remember now is that I sent the car to the car wash only a few days ago after three months not washing it. But let me tell you something-I didn't drive the car for three months and that's why I didn't wash it. Am I lazy too?

Hi 1qazxsw2! No, I don't think you're lazy! You just know that the car wash can do a better job in cleaning your car that you can! I never washed my own car before when I was still single. Now, I don't have my own car. I just share a ride with my husband and he is the one washing our car. Just my thoughts dear friend. Take care and have a nice day!

It's about the same for me too, three or more years. I take mine to the car wash myself and go through the process myself and away I go. lol I feel this way, why do it yourself when there's machines to do it for you? LOL
