I'm terrible about adding salt. I tend to like my food a bit salty. I usually salt it quite a bit while preparing it. If someone else prepared it, I often add a bit of salt or soy sauce or some other salty seasoning or condiment.

i like salty foods that is why salt is a very important part of my food menu. ironically, salty foods is not allowed in our house because of health reason. but what i did is that i add salts to my foods in the plate or mix it in my viand. sometimes, instead of salt, i saucer of soy sauce or fish sauce is a good replacement. i just love salty foods. to avoid urinary related disease, i drink a lot of water especially after eating salty food.

No, I won't. Usually I don't eat very salty food. Besides, I need to taste the food so that I can judge whether I need to add salt or not. But most of the time I am happy to eat it right away. I love China

Salt - salt
I don't hardly ever salt my food anymore. I will sometimes salt when cooking but thats hardly ever. I have found other spices that I like more.

Of course if there is not adequate salt in the food I would definitely add some to it.I think eating without salt has a bland taste that I can't eat.

I don't like extra salt on my food, only in extreme cases I add salt. I don't even add salt on French fries or eggs.

I like to cook my food and add salt and pepper to it while it is cooking. I don't like for it to just land on top of my food. It tastes alot better if you cook it in with the food. I think it blens better and makes the food more even than to just spread it on the top and leave it sit to taste first.

I never add salt after the food is ready, unless it hasn't got any salt. I always add enough salt while preparing the food. That should be enough.

I usually add salt to my food whilst it is being cooked. However I am a salt eater and like my fool a little more salty than the others so I usually end up adding a little extra to my food once it is plated. It is a bad habit and dangerous to health but I cant get over it. I think I should die if I had to stop taking salt if I suffered from high BP

No, I don't add salt to my food once it is already served. It rarely happens that what is served to me tastes too bland for my taste. I think my mom and I have the same taste because I think her cooking is perfect. If ever it is bland, I would add soy sauce (it is salty), or some other condiment that would enhance the taste, like catsup perhaps. But anyway, even if it isn't bland, I still like using condiments when eating.

Yes, I also add some seasoning like salt or pepper. I like my food to be tasty sometimes but it depends on what kind of food that I prefer to eat. Too much salt is not good to our health, I guess we have to be aware of taking salty food or putting some salts in our meals.
