I'll come and haunt you!

I'm not sure, I often hear my mums voice and sometimes my dads voice giving me good advice. When I was small I used to think there was a lady standing at my bedroom door watching over me. This always made me feel safe. I have never understood how someone who cared for you would frighten you if they haunted you.

No one has come back and haunt me and I hope they never do. I have told people that I will come back and haunt them.

I don't recall anyone ever making that threat to me, but I do know I've asked loved ones to do that to others. Andrew haunted nuckfuts in his dreams, and in my talks to him in the past, I've encouraged him to continue. And 3 yrs ago when my father was first in hospital and on full life support, I begged him to haunt an old sitter of mine that hurt my older son Eric. Whether or not it's continued or has happened, I have no idea.

Hi p1key, I have had many experience, but I know my mother visit me now and again because I smell a lavender perfume which is quite stronge and then its gone, so I know it was my mu as I don't have anything lavender in the house. Hugs. Tamara

Hi pikey! Nope! No one that I know has ever come back and haunted me and I sure am glad! I guess that is just a figure of speach that people use when they want to aggravate you! I have never had it happen to me literally! I guess I am glad because anyone that said it to me I'm sure that I don't want any part of ever again. I do think that I may have been haunted though. I think that there may be some sort of spirit that has be haunting my apartment, but it is no one that I know and I have no idea why it is bothering me. I haven't heard from it lately, but it definitely was here for a long time. It would hide things from me and was rathery annoying. People that would come into my apartment said that they felt "something" here. Some said that they felt something "evil". I don't know exactly but I do know that there definitely was something, maybe some sort of poltergeist, but I don't feel it anymore.

I have heard this several times in my life also. I have not had anyone that I know of actually come back and haunt me though.

No no one has ever come back and haunted me, I have only ever really wished for one person to come back and haunt me or let me know that they are there but they never did. I am not sure if I really believe in it to be honest, sometimes I do if a weird thing happens but then I think that it must have just been my imagination. I guess I would believe if I had real proof of it though.

No it never happened to me. I had somewhat of a paranormal experience once but nothing to do with hauntings. Second pregnancy, I woke up one morning absolutely convinced that it was twins. A month later I found out that it WAS twins. That's about as weird an experience as I've ever had.

Ok Mr. p1ke here goes... A good friend from my youth(who eventually became an ordained priest)is often visited by her deceased mother and brother.She doesn't have fear of these visits and is quite used to them. She just says it lets her know they are looking in on her from time to time. I have not witnessed any of these visits. However, she had to leave on a trip and had someone staying at her house. She forgot to mention these visits to the housesitter and when she checked in with him was questioned about the tv going on by itself even when unplugged and this occassional funky smell of body odor out of the blue. All she did was laugh and tell the sitter the tv deal was her mom wanting to watch the tube and the body odor smell was her brother popping in. Now being that this sitter had no knowledge of her brother or mother doing these things I am inclined to believe she truly is haunted by her family members. Her father passed away this past winter and I can't wait to see what he adds to the mix...Mamablaze!!!

Possibly I'm being haunted - but maybe it's just the way my life is. I've often read of people being very strong believers in the afterlife, and promising their family members they'd come back and show them a 'sign'. The loved ones waited in vain, and were never aware of anything - which makes you wonder. Obviously it's not as easy as one would think.

Hmmm, where did that come from?*L* Actually, yes, I have been haunted by someone I knew. Although, I don't really think it was so much a haunting as a looking out for my son kind of thing. My Popo (grand dad) appeared in my son's room one night when he was very small, and was having some breathing difficulties. I didn't say anything about it the next day, but my son did. He said that his Popo made him feel better. My grand dad passed away when my son was six months old. He did not know my Popo.

Yes I sometime meet somebdy. I realise that I know or knew him or her. But I can't recognise the person.Yet for the sake of curtcy I say"how are you'and quickly leave the place. All the day long it hunts me that who might be the person. But my memory fails to recollect him or her.Memory can't be rewinded. That is the problem.

No one has haunted me yet but my Mum has threatened it. My Nanna always used to wonder, if you saw a ghost of someone you loved and who loved you, why would they be haunting you? Surely you wouldn't be frightened of a ghost of someone nice. I think one or maybe two of my grandparents are still "about" but I haven't seen them! Someone else may have done but not me personally.

I was never haunted. All that happened to me that I had a dream about my grandmother but that was it. I was not frightened but I kept thinking about her. © ronaldinu 2008

i know for me, i know i have seen and smiled my mother around me. i have not felt her or smelled her in a long while. I did have a dream that she was in heaven and there was a big party going on because she was getting her wings! I saw her and my father who looked very handsome i might add. sometimes i see shadows walk by or someone peeking at me from around a corner. i don't know if it's my mother, father, or someone else, but i am not at all scared

My grandpa came to me once in a dream and told me to tell my brother to move. When my brother's lease was up, he did move because of that and the week after they moved there was a horrible explosion in the building he and his family had lived in. I lost my oldest brother last December and sometimes he will show up in my dreams and put his arm around me or just give me a smile. At rare times this past year I've felt a comforting presence when I feel sad that he's gone and I know it's him. Other than that, I've never experienced "haunting". Although sometimes when I wake up from a bad dream I can feel someone's arm around me in a reassuring way. That helps the after-terrors a lot!

I have never had anyone come back and haunt me though I haven't had people say they will haunt me!! lol I think if someone was to come back and haunt me it would probably frighten me but then depending on who it is, it could be a good experience!!

I have had a couple of occurences that were questionable. They were good experiences. Why should it frighten me? Surprised maybe. These things could be happening all day and how would you react to a door squeak or a doorbell?
