Is walking is a best exercise? Do u know any other simple exercises?

Hi there, I have heard and read by many experts in their field that swimming is the best exercise of all, because you are exercising many muscles that do not or can not be toned up from weights etc - yet and the good news...swimming is less strain on joints that associates with running, walking and exercise machines because the water keeps you afloat (if you cannot swim, use a bouyancy belt or similar).

walking, jogging, skipping... all are good for health. They increase the blood circulation.

Walking is definitely good. I wish our weather was better for me to go outside. But it's too dang cold. But since it's cold, I am trying to workout more here inside... I am working out more to my pilates and yoga!

Yes, for walking weather conditions should favor us, otherwise it is not possible to walk outdoor. Thanks for reply.

walking is good. calisthenics is great, too, because you dont need a lot of room and you can do it anytime. pushups, crunches, squats, and light cardio, like jumping jacks and squat thrusts are all great. you can do them everyday, and because they only use bodyweight, its difficult to overdo it.
