Have you ever been soo angry as well as upset

that you can not get your breath?Well that happened to me today and the worst thing was a friend came to my door and saw me in that state.I am still angry now so i will not be going to bed yet.

I am very sure that you will get over it! =) And yes, I sometimes feel that way too because someone has intentionally done something upsetting for me and never apologized or acknowledged that they made a mistake.

Yes it happened to me. Just last month I heard a couple of my neighbor were talking at my back. I heard they called me something associated with the word pig and that made me look at them madly. I saw two male and they wer laughing, I keep looking at them to check if I was the one they were talking about but i believe I was the one since they can't look at me. When I went home I was very mad and want to hold a knife and stab them, but I composed myself and keep telling not to do it because I will not just go down to their level. They are the person who are unrespectful and do not deserved to be respected too. This is not their time on me. I will wait for the right time for revenge. Hope that it will not happen to them because it is really hurt.

I have been angry, worked up, annoyed, and worried.I get my brain out of control and am so not like I usually am. It is not a good feeling.

Yeah, it is sad to say but I have been that way. I'm the kind of person who keeps things inside and stays quiet. I do a good job of it but once in a while someone or something will set me off and I feel like exploding. I don't like that to happen because I feel when that happens I loose control and I don't like that. But it does.

When I get that angry I usually start crying and get knots in my stomach. I will try and think of something that makes me happy and will then stop crying and calm down and my stomach will start feeling better.

hmmm I think being angry and upset is the same thing but may be one as an upscale then the other, but yes I have and it hurts, so I try very hard not to get that way.

Yes. That happens to me alot of times and I get so nervous and upset, I could hurt something or someone. I can only take so much before going off on people when they get under my skin, watch out.

I have been so angry that I've been breathless, haven't thought straight and yelled and screamed for no reason! I hate when that happens as I feel such regret later but I do apologize!

Wow, a long time ago, but I see a pattern here and I do worry about your health. It sounds like perhaps a good route would be some professional counseling. Over time, anger and stress can kill! Karen

Hi I will be in my bad moods always. Because people around me makes me irritated over some issue or the other. So I will get angry and sometimes very upset. Very nice topic. cheers

I have. My Dad is normally the one who gets me like that. If I feel really bad, I'd go for a run or just lock myself up in my room until I feel better.

hi jugsjugs,every one came across both angry and upset.recently i seen my hubby like this,so he was shouting like any things,its really hurts me lot,later i advice him not to shout like this,so when ever you are angry try to be calm or better don't speak with others.when you woke up in the morning you can feel difference and you can feel the peace too.so have a good soundless sleep

yea, i think everyone has been in that state at one point in there lives but all you can do is take a deep breathe and try and forget it for now. Most of the times it isnt worst it to get yourself in a bad mood. Im currently in one too but im trying for it not to get me down because thats life foor you Just look on the brightside

Well, that is a good idea as one should never go to bed angry. It is not good for the health. I am not sure why you answered the door if you were in that state, unless you were expecting the ambulance...or was the door open and your friend just walked in. Now that might make me pretty angry...at myself for not locking the door. Try to breathe, my friend, and remember one of life's best kept secrets: it is not so much what happens to us that is important, but how we react to it.

Yes, I have been that angry! My ex husband used to make me that angry. My grand daughter made me that angry when she pushed me one time. I spoke about this earlier in another discussion. I also shake really badly when I am angry or scared.

Hey jugs! I don't know what made you that angry, but I can tell you that I have been there many times! I have a very bad temper and when I get angry there is no stopping me! I have been better since I went to Anger Management classes and was put on "Anti- Depressants so I have been able to keep my temper somewhat in check! But, my situation was not one of the norm! It had to do with a Depression/Anger issue. As for you, just calm down, breathe, try to think of something else that is going to make you feel better and you will be ok! I have definately felt that way before! I have gotten so angry that all I could do is cry. There was so much I wanted to say or do, but knew I couldn't so it came out as tears. I hope whatever it was will work out. If there's someone you can talk to, it might help to get whatever is going on off your chest. Or, sometimes I just prefer to jam to loud music and that helps a little.

onetime,my girl friend gave me a ID card to copy.i had copy three papers for her.after one week later,she would not find her ID card when she want to take it to have a test.she was very hurry.i remember i had taken her the ID card.she still not find.so we say bye-bye at that time.ont month later she found her ID card under her bed.^^she made apologized to me.i got angry for a long time.

Yes i have been sooooooo angry and upset before, i try to control my feelings though so i won't be hurting anybody that is not the reason for my angry feeling. I just cry or go to a corner and think things out to release the tension im feeling. Or better yet sleep things over and talk to the person you who made you angry when you have calmed down already...
