The future are predestined by the choices we make today...

People are always talking about destiny, that everything was planned even before we were born...maybe, but then, we have a choice don't we? I mean okay, it might be true, but it goes basically like this, we have different predestined futures, since we could have made a different decision, like for example if I had decided before in high school that I stay the same selfish person. Today, I would not be happy, I would be miserable and estranged from my family. Same for everything we do...I'm mainly saying that we hold our destiny in our hands! Do you or do you not agree? please tell me why...

Hi Marapplesty!. I think one think its really predestined is who our parent, when we born and die, who our spouse and our child. The others think I believe can be change with our hand. I believe future can be change if we wiling. I believe God want good thing to happen over our life and when he allow bad thing to happen its because he had bigger good plant over us.

I don't know so much about being destined even before we are born but I do believe in destiny. Fate is a funny mistress and works in mysterious ways. I guess you would say I am pretty superstitious. I believe in fate, destiny, reincarnation, and all that stuff. It is sort of romantic to think about.

I can assure you I can find other things to be lazy about besides my destiny.

I always say that we cannot choose what happens to us, but we can choose how we respond to it.I think that is a lot of the same as what you are saying.

hmmn, aye, we could never foresee what would happen in our lives but we hold the will to shape the results of every hardship or joys in our lives...

I think that there is so much we cannot control and that there is no use fighting life every step of the way! We should let go and let life happen without resistance although of course we do have choices each and every day and when we do we may as well make the best selections that we can. I believe some things are fated to happen no matter what we decide to do...

I don't know about predestiny, we have learned and acquired behaviors. If we have love in our hearts and know we love others, learned to love others in good manners, then we have both learned and acquired love. Sometimes, predestiny is what we do in family, business and etc. This is a totally different issue and should be left where it is without malice or hatefullness. I really don't believe in destiny because God himself doesn't know what is going to happen next sometimes.

It's the same thing as the sowing and reaping principle. Once you choose to plant mango today then expect that soon sometime in the future you'll get to reap mango as well. However, if you choose to plant the wrong fruit then for sure, you'll loose your harvest in the future.

Yes, we are making the choices. God sets the parameters of our life but the choices are all ours. Our choices not only show God but they show the world and those around us what lessons we need to learn in addition to what we don't understand. Everything you do in life will come back to you in time. We decide our destiny with our choices. God sets the parameters to best help us learn.

I believe in destiny. But my definition of destiny is different. Destiny for me is your absolute best, it is the peak, your best result of everything you are and everything you can be. But whether we reach it or not is all up to the choices we make along the way. We can get sidetracked to the point that we believe we have totally lost our way and failed. however, there is always a way back to the road, we just have to make the right decisions.

What you say is correct to some extent only and not completely.Certain things are in our hands but many things is beyond our imagination also let alone in our hands. There is saying as"Man proposes and God disposes". What do you say for this.Fore a few people things occur as they expect. But planing is good.We should plan our future and try to fulfill but it is good to leave the result to God.

I think everything is in our hands, God did give us free will. Forgive me but I my point was that God does give us circumstances which we really don't control but the results are made by us...
