Greek Salad

I love Greek Salad! Okay this is the simplest dish, feta, lettuce, black olives, tomatoes, and their dressing (which is just like a vinegarette). It's so delicious and I'm really craving some right now actually. Do you like your salads prepared this way?

Oh yes that sounds really good right now. Some guacamole too? I love guacamole. Golden Corral has taco shell bowls, atleast some do, and they are really good!

You are making me so hungry right now with all this talk of greek food! The chicken dish and the spinach pie are ones I really want to try. I like cherry tomatoes and olives, fresh mushrooms and cucumbers. Fresh spinach and several kinds of lettuce cut so there isn't white or bitter tasting leaves. Add some cashews and a boiled egg. Vinegrett is nice or whatever salad dressing you're in the mood for. Now there's a salad!

I have had a salad like this, and I really enjoy it. I like feta and I enjoy black olives. I prefer a dark green lettuce.

Yes, I am like you, I love a greek salad. A local deli here also sells olives and feta cheese in an I talian dressing. I just can't resist everytime I go past, nipping in and buying some and then just sitting down in the evening in front of the tv or dvd and eating the whole lot. Best type of snack around for me. Sometimes, I have to take a different route when out just so that I don't pass that deli. Guess I'm addicted to them.
