Do Best Responses increase your earning?

hi all, we feel happy when someone rate our response as best. I know marking a best response do resolve our discussion and some discussions gain best response when they have 4-5 responses. Friends, i would like to know if marking best response to a respondent will also give him/her additional earning? Or is it our way of appreciation to the responses by them? Similarly does resolving the discussions started by us also help in our earning? I am aware posting quality contents in discussions, responses do fetch you good amount but can you tell me more on the best responses? Again, is the same applicable in case of 'most rated discussion'? Thanks for throwing the light.

Well, I surely would like if someone marked my response as the best, it doesn't matter if I'm awarded with money for that or not, I would just feel good because then I would knew I helped someone in resolving their problems and that would satisfy me more than a few cents..

I do not think so that resolving a discussion by marking a best response will fetch additional earnings. Earnings are calculated on our own responses/comments.
However, it is always better to 'resolve' a discussion say after one or two months and select the best response.

I have been with Mylot for years and got a few best responses on some discussions I responded to. I did not get any extra earnings for it though.

I do believe that the answer is yes. If you look into the guideline, you will probably find out that the rating system actually let the member choose which respond provided the best and most useful information or solution. That mean, it is a respond with a better quality, a quality post will probably be getting higher rewards compared to other. But the real answer is unknown, since mylot do not like the member to guess how the earning is being count, so just do what we should do and do not do what we shouldn't do.

It certainly increase our motivation to keep on posting content which other find useful
other than this it does not do anything else
same goes for creating quality discussion

I don't think it has any relation with ones earning, but it feels good to get one certainly.

I think these discussions are very highly rated receiving any profit.
I am well aware I do not know whether the most wins best answer but I think that wins.
Yet every single thing here is paid.
I can not give you a good answer.

I don't think so, but rating a respondents response as best will boast one's ego and make him more eager to get invlove in discussion.
Like what everybody else said, everyone in here are paid depending on your involovement in discussion. I think good and a descriptive response will make you earn more.

I think so. I'm not sure aswell, I got some best response marks but see not increase in my earnings. It's better if you ask mylot directly I think.
