Having fight with others. It really bother me so much till I keep thinking about it and really will stress me out and destroy my mood. Now I will do as much as I could to avoid any argument with others. I hate to feel the feeling when people do not treat you like they used to do even if it is not our fault. What I really want now is a good relationship with everyone and at the same time I still can do whatever I want. A little bit tough since they don't really understand it but I will try my best without hurting anyone feelings~(^^)

Waiting destroys my mood. Whether waiting for some people who are not on time or waiting while stuck in a traffic jam. It just destroys my plans for the day because they have to be adjusted or canceled. God bless!

Hi !
I feel that any unnecessary or uncalled for argument with anyone will spoil my mood, if otherwise my day is going well.
Sometimes some people misunderstand what we wish to convey and they enter into arguments and this spoils my mood.

Customers with bad attitudes ruin my day every day. People who get an attitude with me before I've even said anything to them. People who ask me a question then walk away before I've even answered them.

As much as possible i don't want to mess up my day but if i had no choice but if it will happen i will just adjust to it and will just let go of it sometimes it is because some people had bad mood and sometimes they want to make trouble to you in that case i will not let them mess up my day by such act.

When I see someone that I really dislike. There's just this person who can make my face turn sour just by seeing his face. I really don't like him. We used to be in good terms but as I know him better, there's just this attitude of his that gets me so pissed off every time. And whenever I see his face, I remember that attitude of his so I get pissed off. Just like last Monday, it was our Christmas party. I was in a joyful mood until I saw his face. Good thing he did not linger around too long or else, I would not have enjoyed the party.

Not having enough money to meet daily requirements and needs . These are the things that take me to an irritating level of mood shift.

The only thing that would really upset my day or my mood is having a fight/argument with someone in my family or sometimes the weather will put me in a bad mood too, especially if I have plans & those plans have to be canceled on account of the weather.

Maybe if my day is happy and successful.
the only thing that can make me upset to destroy my day is to be grilled by someone.
especially if my husband or something to happen to my children.
These are options for me anyway else will upset me so much.
interesting discussion.
nice day!

There are a few things that would destroy my mood for maybe a couple hours, but I would eventually get over it. That would be like bad news in the mail. The one thing that could destroy my mood and bring on sadness would be the loss of a family member, or a really close friend. Now this would definitely destroy my day. I would try to put on a brave face, but I would be dying a little inside.

What would ruin my mood would to be off on a trip overseas and not get to the airport in time for my flight. This happened to my last trip. The plane arrived at Madrid two hours late due to fog. Therefore we had missed our connections to South America. My mood got better when another airline took us there.
I was in the middle of my exams and an interview came up in Wales for a university course. I went on a day return up to Wales. I couldn't afford much time because I had to do lots of revision. I did well at my interview and afterwards I was rushing all over the place. I fell over and badly hurt my wrist. I was taken off to hospital in an ambulance. I felt in loads of pain so it ruined my mood. I had exams later that week and all I could think of I was in a hospital far away from home.
I came back home with my wrist in plaster because it was broken. I had 25% extra time in my Maths exam and the usual amount of time in my A Level English exam. I got the grades I needed and that university accepted me.

Hi, thats a good question for today , I was in a very good mood today since I woke up, this afternoon I left home to pick up my son from school, first: I got a car driving so slow, next , I dint find space to park and wait for my son, I left a good spot because I though one car was leaving and wrong he was trying to park in there ,I didnt find space I went all around and waited in another street. Well, I also was going to the doctor and I was going to park and I was turning to park in one space I saw, when I was turning to the left one lady came and park in the space , that really angry me so bad I felt my ears so hot , I got stressed out, even I shouted to the lady. I had to stop and take a big breath , I asked to the doctor for some medicine for stress, because , I am getting angry very easily lately. Have a great day .
