of your favorite shows and serials, do you watch them as the first time or do you do other things? I confess that most of the time I fall asleep
. They are a good background to take a good nap. I cannot read or do something completly different when I watch them. But I watch them in my bed and I start to put myself as comfortable as I can, put the pillow where I like it best... the next moment a open my eyes, the show has ended and an hour has gone by.
How about you? Do you watch reruns? Do you do something else? Do you take a nap as I do? Share!

I don't watch alot of tv in the first place...but enjoy watching the older shows that are on the tv channel like the really old ones....ones I grew up with, however my sister got me hooked on one that is more of this time and I enjoy running across a rerun of that....

I still watch Monk from time to time. I love that show! I don´t much care about the detective part of it, but I love the character and the secretary who adores him in spite of all his flaws

Yes I do watch reruns. But that was before. Now I rarely watch TV. I am most of the time doing something or in front of the lappy. But I can see my mom in you. She used to do that. She even blame me not waking her up if she missed the whole series

I don´t have anyone to blame
. Besides I think that watching TV is better that a sleeping pill. I go to see TV when I´m too sleepy to do anything at the computer.

I think for me it depends on what the day I have gone through. If I don't have that much work, I usually come home and I'm able to watch the full episode of a re-run or I go do something else, like play with my dog or go to my friend's for a while. If the day has been bad where we have to struggle and get things done or hard work such as digging, breaking concrete, etc. I usually take a nap or more than that, I just fall asleep...lol.

Haha, yea I do. Well, I'm not that professional like my dad, just considered a helper. Maybe as I go often, I will be great at it. Back to the topic, but yea its tiring. I usually come home with a headache from the heat (especially on summers) and I hate that feeling, lol.

Do you work on construction? Your work sounds the kind that you come home exhausted. For me, Tv plays a big role in my naps when I am tired. I put it on an fall asleep immediatly

It depends on the rerun, as some shows are good that watching them again is entertaining. There are certain shows that are so dull that its easy to take a nap. If I'm really tired, then I can fall asleep during many shows.

I watch all the CSIs, but they have it once in the week and the rest of the week they will show reruns even from other years. I like to see them when I have forgotten about them.

Good morning...guicha! The reason I "wooted" this is because I see a lot of resemblance there, especially up until last year when, my son, for Christmas got me a satellite dish...and paid for a year of Channels!
Mostly I am alone, so it doesn't matter if I take a "noddy!"...but if T.J. (my son) is home..I will still do that--and he always wakes me up taking my glasses off..LOL!
Before I had satellite, we were limited to 4 channels, and everything was a "re-run"...so I spent that time knitting, and usually saved the complicated patterns for re-runs! Hate to say it...but I have a KING size Afghan that I have been knitting now, for FOUR years (off and on!) It is for my son, and my heart broke this Christmas...as he said; Mom, the only thing I want for next Christmas..is my Afghan!" SO, I must rally..and get on with it! It is so BIG, sometimes I just lose focus and interest, so put it away for a while--but now, I must be driven!
Finally got my results, and am good to go for another 3 months!
Sooooo glad to see that you are eating a bit better!

Hi friend,
It sdeems that you will have to start working on that Afghan. You should be proud that your son likes your crafts. Most people of the younger generation prefer a poster to a real picture and a machine made thimng to an Afghan.
I take very good naps with my glasses on

It depends on how long it has been since I saw them and on how good they were and how complicated the plot was. I almost never fall asleep. If it has been a long time then I may not remember them very well, so they are almost new. Others that are really good and complicated will sometimes have something in them that I missed the first time around which makes it fun to watch them.

I don't watch TV at all. I used to watch a lot, but I don't think I ever went to sleep with it on. Now I just can't be bothered with it. I know that when I had free cable and a television in the motel I stayed in I almost never turned it on. Even when it was on, it was usually because my brother was there and wanted to watch basketball or something. I remember all the reruns I used to watch when I was younger, but now I can't be bothered. Have a great week!!!

I watch some reruns I like some of the old ones like Hogan's Heroes, Bewitched, and I can't pass Mash and Senfield just to name a few now I don't have private channels so many of they are not shown on free to air TV...now we are having free digital TV coming up with a lot of free channels so I Am looking forward to that!

I love Bewitched although I hate Samantha´s husband. But her mother and father and even her aunt are awesome. All my life I have had this dream of having Smantha´s nose to clean up some of my mess and travel without having to go through the pain of aircrafts

I do like to watch reruns of my favorite shows, but when I watch the reruns it has been a really long time since I'd watched the episode of the show, so it is like I'm watching a show for the first time. With that said, it is like I'm watching a show for the first time.
I don't watch reruns all the time though, it is mostly only those of my favorite shows that I like to have the opportunity to watch again.

I don´t much like to watch reruns if I have seen it a short time ago. But sometimes they even show an episode that I missed. That is a special treat!

Hi marguicha
The only few tele-serials that I did find to rewatch were my favorites- They had Star Trek (the old 1960s series) and also some episodes of Stories from Great Writers. And as they were my favorites, I could not help keeping myself glued to the Television. Today, I have a few episodes of Star trek on my PC and do watch them at least once every 6 months so that the DVD doesnt get dusty and worn out.. and still I see those with the same passion.
The next are the toons - Tom an Jerry and Alf. I do get to see them when I am at home with my nephew and really enjoy watching those epsiodes with my playful nephew. We often end up in little lovely quarrels asto who will play tom or who plays Jerry

I love Tom&Jerry although I would prefer to be Jerry. Even though he doesn´t have the strenght Tom has, he is a lot wittier
. I loved Star Trek but haven´t seen it for ages. I wonder if I would still like it now.
