Hello dear people 
Mylot has always been special for me. Not the money but the friends and bondings that have developed between me and a few others.
Today, when I post my First Discussion on the Newer Edition of MyLot, I recall my first few friends, who eventually shaped up the way I interacted here at MyLot.
I wonder, if @Saphrina would not have been around, would I ever have used these emoticons?
I wonder if @MrWit was not around, would I have ever been open about the reasons I never go out to work ?
I wonder, if @MysD, @Owlwings were not around, would I have learned so much about MyLot back then ?
I wonder if @HardWorkingGurl was not around would I have ever known that is one dear lotter by the name @WritersEdge who is battling Cancer? Would I have ever interacted with her and realized how brave a fighter she was?
I wonder if our dear Ms @Hatley wasnt around, I would never have realized how essential it becomes to be aware of Technology and Make use of it ?
I wonder if I have never interacted with @fjaril, I would never have realized how painful it is to see your partner die of cancer and how this can affect you.
The list is long and I can go on.... just because most of them have been really close to my heart.
Today when I get back to MyLot, I find most I mentioned are yet to return back. I pray for their well being and hope they return back to MyLot some time soon.
I dont have anything to discuss here on this discussion (which might be a violation of rules here). But yes, I have a request to all reading this...
Please take a moment off your busy schedule to think and thank the wonderful people who have been along with you in your journey.

I will not give a list of members active now because I should forget many people. I am not forgetting the friends who have disappeared from here though, like workingmom50 who was one of my first friends here, and many who are leaving a huge empty place in my life, like cip116 or HWG : I miss them because of the gossips we were exchanging often by PMs or emails
. And I hope that many will come back, like Perga, Wit, or Saphrina, not speaking of my ex-myLot wife Stine, with their funny discussions (and flames for the last one
). And my friends for Philippines : I wonder were are Albert or Louievill ? And my Chinese friends ?
But I am so pleased to see that so many myLotters are already back at home, that we can expect to see the missing ones soon

@Unforgettable_Raja You and Sid are here and I wrote first that I would not speak of active friends . The only Indian I lack here is Suny, as we had some very funny discussions.
And I forgot many, like Inu1711 and Ophelia (was mysticalecstasy).

There are lots of memories created on mylot. I cannot also give all of them but going back through the years, @dhangski who introduced me to this site will always be the best of my online friends. @mentalward will always remain in our hearts for have given us much help for our son's health.

Of course, I remember a few discussions on the earlier mylot from you @neildc about your son's ailments. I do hope he is fully recovered and healthy now.
@mentalward is an amazingly strong lady and I can definitely relate when you say she helped you. I and she are friends on FB and yes, I am proud that she is my friend and a part of family.

Yes, I know what you mean! So many have influenced me here - and now the experiences lead me back to this place again. I have found some of them, and hope to find many more - and many more new ones! May we all continue on this journey - hopefully together again!

This is what had all of us glued to MyLot - The honesty and the humane side of us - unlike many other places on Internet, where we may through out anything on the web, yet there may never be anything personal. Here, at MyLot, it is almost opposite, we share many things that give others a chance to get closer and become a family

I just came today , happy but sad (guess you know about it).
I took some spare time to check everyone here (myLot) while waiting for a dear friend's last moment (my dear brother Sunnychetten's remains to be cremated this afternoon) 
I am happy to see old friends here, and wish to spend more time (soon).

I know the painful times your entire family is going through at the moment. I had responded to the sad news on Fb as that is where I got to know of it. And then you mention your dear brother's demise too here. I know you were quite close with him and may The Lord give you courage to be strong during these sad times.
I know, this might not be the right time, but yes, it can help - keep returning to mylot - at least that way some of your pains may be easy to bear.

@bagarad she is concerned to not earn too much money on this and the other site combined. I think she might be happier here, but she has not jumped full in yet, I do not think.

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but WritersEdge lost her battle, I don't know exactly when, @GardenGerty is the one who told me, it was shortly after people starting leaving here.
As for @HardWorkingGurl I really hope she returns, I really miss her.

Yes, when I think about the loss of dear Writers, I really fell pained because you know what, I too have ailments and doctors have been telling me that ultimately, they would become cancerous. I looked up to Writers as a fighter for sure. I know, knowing her gave me the courage to stand back and prepare myself for the worst.
Personally, I am at times really sad that I lost such a friend and at other times, when I go beyond my selfishness, I feel that it is good that she is now without pain and with her Lord and do hope she is watching us all and would give us encouragement to move on, be a fighter when any of us needs the strength she had.
As for HWG, @topffer has some info on his box (if we can still call that a box on MyLots new version). And going by that, it seems, HWG is doing all good offline in real world.

@thesids I hope it never comes to that or that it is a type of cancer you can fight. I just really felt like I let her down when I left MyLot, even though I contacted her, she told me she wasn't going to sign up with Bubblews and instead of keeping in touch, I continued on my way.

There are some inhere I recognize from before, but not all, as most of them probably came in after all the changes were made two years ago. I do recognize a few of the names you mentioned but not all. I am not sure about Hatley as she is elderly and not sure if she is still around or not. i do hope so though, as i did enjoy responding to her discussions. I hope that more come back that i recognize. Mabybe in time once they get the word abourt mylot payomg again. We can certainly hope anyway. I know that I am very happy to be back. All of us need to encourage @mentalward to return as well. She has had some rough times and is in the middle of turmoil but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. There is another name that escapes me, but I am sure I will come up with it again soon. She had MS and was with a boyfriend named Jim--ring any bells anyone? Teresa Trotter was here as well but I do not remember her user name.

I had mentioned it to @mentalward - via Facebook and she may be back soon. I wanted to ask her to return but then, you know how life has been at her end during the past few months. But for sure, I think she should return back as this place will really ease off some of her worries - at least we she can discuss out and that will go a long way doing good

I have not heard from many of them. I would like to find @hardwurkinggurl and I used to have her e mail. I miss @fjaril and wonder if he had some health issues as well. We are forever changed by those connections. I do miss them.

Even I too did not name all on my discussion, there are about 150 of them whom I can talk about for sure...
It is not that important that you name some, what is important is that you still recall the moments of togetherness you shared here...
