The Spirit(s) at work

No I don't mean alcohol either. It's going to be getting brisker coming soon and that is when the activity is really... active (suave word usage 
)
I've already seen some activity out of the corner of my eye when I'm stocking. What I mean is that there is some sort of spirit (not malignant) where I work. You can definitely feel or see it more when it's cold, but I've started seeing it again already.
I don't talk much about it at work because my co-workers don't seem to believe it, but I can feel it and see it sometimes.
Anyway, off to work, the last night of a five day stretch.
)

I truly believe in Spirits and if no harm is going on then it is just a friendly one....same in your home or wherever...I get visited by a few sometimes and not bothered by it anymore..at first i didn't know what to think but now i'm used to them..

no harm but maybe a little mischief. i"ll block something and go back later and it's blocked thoughi know I Did it.

Some people see things, others do not. It may be just how your eyes function. It may be a spirit. I know I sometimes feel a little spooky, and "warned".

I would say it's a trick of the eyes but sometimes i dont' see it so much as feel it. A co-worker has seen it at the same time I havea s well.

How interesting. I do like a good ghost story. Wonder who it is and why it stays there. Do you have any way of finding out about the building and its history? I'd be curious.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Very true. If you find out the history you are more apt to understand what the spirit is and why it might be there.

The building is about the same age as I am, if not younger. The land it is on could be anything. I am sure I could find it out.
It's a grocery store though and could easily be residual energy.
