What did you expect to find when you signed up for myLot?

I was referred to this site by a friend from another website. Those days, I had practically nothing to do and I was all alone in the house - which was a new thing to me back then. During one of our chats, she said if you are interested to write, why dont you blog ? Most of my blogs back then were pulled down (for reasons still unknown to me). I explained her this fact. So she said, ok , try MyLot. You will make friends and also you will get paid. When I joined, I got to read the discussions and I felt that I always needed something like this where you can get close to people, discuss and share your opinions on almost any subject on the planet.

I came to see friends and there are people already that I recognize and haven't seem them for a long time.

I didn't know what I was expecting, other than I read that we could earn money for doing something I had already enjoyed. One thing's for certain though, I did not expect to get rich on here!

I will go with express and share ideas because that was true. I was coming from a less friendly place and was happy to find mylot.

I signed in to keep in touch with friends who are moving from another sites. I also like to chat.

I signed up years ago and it was to make money online. I made one good friend here but we ended up parting ways after some disagreements on Facebook. Sad, really, but some people just can't deal with disagreements.

I came here for the money why else!! Wanted to see all my old friends and slowly they are arriving..fun to goof off with them again!

I joined a very long time ago.. I think maybe 6 or 7 years ago. I originally joined for the extra money. Although it has never been a ton, there was a time when I first joined that I was getting $20 a month here. I stayed because I made friends and still earned some money although reaching payout every month hasn't happened in a very long time.

i signed up when it first started years ago i think. i thought it was a fun unique idea and had lots of fun.

I joined myLot in 2008. At that time I had just started to earn money online and someone mentioned myLot. I decided to see what it was. I already spent my time on other discussion sites. I didn't get paid on those sites I just enjoyed the discussions, and I thought that myLot looked interesting. I never expected to get rich, but it is nice to get paid for something that I would have done for free

I joined so long ago, that I am not sure why. I think though, that it was a site where I could express my opinions, make friends, and earn a little money in the process. I find mylot to be a great place to learn about other cultures, and they learn from me as well. I enjoyed my time in here before mylot stopped paying, and now that they are paying again, I am enjoying myself all over again. I like the interaction the most.

For me, I think it was all of the above and the thought of making a few pennies while achieving the rest. I like the interaction they have here, most of all.

I didn't expect to get rich at all, but a little bit for just chatting on topics sounded amazing. So I gave it a shot. Really glad I did.

Those three reason which attract me to Mylot. Since two years ago, I tried to find similar site like Mylot but couldn't find one

All that you have mentioned here,@AbbeyGreenhill.When I came to know that Mylot is back,I signed it up immediately thinking that now I have a reliable site where I may earn everything including friends,fun and money.A site that provides me a platform where I can spend a quality time.And I am so glad to say that my expectations are fulfilled.

seeking friends mostly and to ward of loneliness

For me, I came here to know some people and to interact with people. Of course, the most important thing is to learn idiomatic English, because I am Chinese. I hope one day when I go abroad to study or treavel, I will not be bothered by misundertanding language.

I found this site on internet by chanance, I think this is a good palce to improve my english and make friends, wish you guys good luck!
