As we all know snoring is a grunting sound happened when your breathing is partially obstructed and occurs frequently to most men and Overweight people. My husband used to crack a joke that I do snore when I sleep which seems to be unbelievable to me. The truth is he seldom does . I have an uncle also who snored very loudly that you might stay awake if you're beside him. Those harsh loud sound is quite annoying nor disturbing, isn't it? Have you also recorded someone you know who snores while he is sleeping?

@kataomoi Your different and unique among your family members and that's good because no one will be bothered to you when you have a friend sleeping beside you, right?

Kataomoi how funny is that you are the only one in your family that does not snore. Be grateful that you don't snore and let them make fun of you cause the only reason that they make fun is they wish they didn't snore.

Snoring can indicate a blocked artery and some other things. If it only happens occasionally you do not need to worry but my sister was snoring, gasping and choking a lot. We had a sleep study and she now has a machine that helps her breathe deeply and smoothly. She rests much better.

Sure do know what that is like as my first husband snored like a freight train, it was awful. Two of my sons take after him in the snoring department and it is an awful sound and my one son sometimes wakes himself up snoring. Glad I do not snore.

@Marcyaz Yeah it's very awful simply because of the noise it causes and I don't like the idea of snoring that's why I don't believe to my husband,He seems always joking to me. Waking up while snoring is good that means his brain automatically waken him up to breath again. Everyone would be happy if don't snore including myself

I have plenty experiences about and I found it funny and amazing for sometimes in my sleep, I heard myself snoring hahah. It made me awaken and would laugh of the idea that I do snore. Even my co-teacher, she hears herself snoring as well when we do have our nap time in afternoon break at school

I don't know if I snore while I sleep. I am always asleep when it happens. But I wouldn't record anyone, that's kind of mean. Unless you want them to get help and they don't believe that they snore.

@Rollo1 We really don't know if we snore but because of some other people we tend to know.I think recording would be only for funny game especially if that someone doesn't believe that he does snore.

that's funny that you wake yourself up when you snore. I don't experience that though I snore loud too. My father does - he snores like there is an orchestra at home.

Yes I do snore, and I wake myself up, as it is loud. I don't snore as bad as my one dog though. If Idon't get to sleep before she does, then I have to listen to her snore.

@cgalavia I end up makeing a grunting noise when I snore, at least that is what I have been told, and I guess it is true, as I wake myself up doing that very thing.
