Well katerina, ooops sorry I meant LadyDuck from B site let me know about this mylot site and I figured I'd check it out and see what's going on. I do have some good news and that is that I have finally quit smoking. Yeah this lady has finally quit that nasty habit after over 50 years. I am in my 6th week of being smokefree. Well I'll be checking around here and see who of my B friends I can find here.

Congratulations. My wife smoked when I first met her. She quit and restarted a few times but she is smoke free now. She never had any problem quitting. She could just quit on a dime. She would start back up because certain friends would come over and hang out and smoke around her and this would cause her to go back to smoking to be social with them. But she kicked it for good now.

Thank you Jared and congrats to your wife. I am around smokers a lot and so far it hasn't bothered me enough to want one, knock on wood.

Yea that was a while ago and I did go back to smoking after about a week, lol. This time it is holding, because I m going to finish 5 months smokefree on the last of the month.

@gr8nana6 Nature forced me to quit on September 3rd 1987, I had the worst cough ever and of course I just had to have that ciggy when I got up but then I couldn't catch my breath and when I finally saw myself in the mirror it scared me straight, haven't taken another hit since
