My Flavours of Venice

What a great video! Did you know they have a punt ride in Denver, Colorado? It is on the Cherry Creek and is about 48 miles long. It is called Venice on the Creek.

Beautiful slideshow Lany. I have been several times to Venice. It seems that tourists love this city, there are other Italian cities that I like more.

That was an interesting slide show. It took be back to my visit there - a part of our Europe package covering Venice, Rome and Pisa. Who could forget the pigeons in St. Mark Square - their 24 hour orchestra, or the late evening experience on the beach, a visit to the Murano Glass Works and last but not the least the water bus experience. The only thing I did not want to do was the gondola ride as I found the water to be dirty on the day we landed there.

I love this Venice and I visited it several times. I have considered to buy a house there to retire.

nice slideshow... I went when I was about 12 years old, and did not really appreciate it..., but wouldn't mind going back, as I liked it ...

I saw the sun rise over Rome, standing on the steps of a 747, I was 15 years old. But have no photos of it, you are lucky to have this slideshow to share.

Venice has an atmosphere that is unlike any other. I can feel it even through photos. It would be interesting to see.

Food is my recipe for happiness. Gelato was looking mouth watering alright. Pity I left eating ice creams and chocolates. I will break the rule some day I know. The video was great sweetie, even the other one with shadow of art work. Thanks for sharing Lany.

What a delightful little video, the music you chose was just right for the video too. I loved the glass vases and as for that BIG gelato, it looks scrumptious, but these days I am not sure I would have been able to eat all of it. I also had a look at your Kruger Park Safari while I was there, and I love the music you have used on that video, it suits it so perfectly.
