Just got the call - She passed away!

My mom just called and informed me that my great grandma passed away today at 1230pm. Please keep my family in your thoughts and prayers during this tough time. I feel bad I did not get a chance to see her before she passed away. I was going to go up tomorrow but it is too late :(. Going to be a tough week for us all that's for sure.

@jellybelly my grandma was in her late 60's had pancreatic cancer. Atleast she is not suffering anymore.

@Blondie2222 yes, when you suffer it just isn't living.. my grandmother just made 98 years old she has dementia very bad, and other health issues, and a bit on the violent side.

@CookieMonster46 I will pray for your grandma. My other grandparents our in their 80's and i'm lucky they do not have dementia and our in good health. I hope they last a long time, their the only grandparents i have left now

Loss hurts, I know. I wish you and your family peace in your hearts, through this tough time. I lost my Grandpa four years ago, and the one thing that hurt me the most was how little I really knew him. I didn't get the chance to spend a lot of time with him.

@king thank you that means alot. I only knew her for as long as my mom and step dad were married. She treated us like her own grand kids though. The only grandparents i have left is my mothers mom and dad their in their 80's but healthy. I hope they live a long time.
