and waste of people's time and effort. Gun laws aren't where the change needs to come. It needs to come in the families and how parent's are nurturing and stepping up with their kids. Young people need to have early diagnosis. Broken and dysfunctional families aren't doing all they should do for their children. Getting right down to the nitty gritty early on is going to do more to help these people than any gun laws ever could. Change the mental health programs and get more detection done in the schools. Make it mandatory to have kids checked out if they meet certain criteria. Make it happen. Changing gun laws is the wrong way to change things. Each and every one of these killers had mental issues. Most of these killers ended up killing themselves and that screams mental health. Early detections of issues, getting them on the right medications, counseling and family interventions. This is what is needed not a change in gun laws. Back ground checks are fine but half the time these gun shops check correctly and things slip by them. It is a joke. Taking gun lessons isn't of any help either. What difference does it make if they know how to correctly use a gun? NONE!! Point and fire is all they need to know anyway. And the more guns the merrier. They don't usually just have one gun if you notice They take an entire arsenal. And changing laws doesn't change the black market at all. Doesn't change their ability to get guns at all. It is a waste of time to change laws. Mental health and family union is where the problem lies.

I say before a woman has a baby she needs better child rearing so she and hubby/mate know what they are doing..You have to have a marriage license so it should be the same..a child class to educate..I took one in school so i feel it should be required and all must pass with a B .
Women nowadays have babies just to keep the guy not really thinking of the kids and that causes anger and hurt on the child which in turn causes mental problems as they age..I've seen some kids in 1st grade that need discipline but no one does it anymore..they forget they are the adults and children shouldn't be running their lives.

I knew a women years ago now that used to have another baby just so she got more from welfare. I was astounded then and am now how people use their kids.

It's a serious situation. They keep getting into the hands of the wrong people.
