I went to the hospital today to get my hormone injection for my endometrosis, but guess what the nurse got it wrong and said I was not scheduled for the injection today!
I spend money on parking and went to the hospital for no reason.
Ahhhh health care system is really going downhill.

Oh, that stinks and I am surprised the hospital doesn't offer a validation on the parking, especially since you didn't get any treatment.

Surely, you can take it up with either the hospital administrations or management to address this form of misconduct and the lack of professionalism here. Perhaps, you are being overly "kind" tolerating the mistake and not wanting to make it into a bigger issue.
However, please be mindful how the hospital may be with patients who are incapacitated or living considerably far away from the hospital.

Whew! a waste of time indeed, when this things happen better to clear it or report it to the Admin so no one will be hassle of coming over then nothing will happen.

poor you, back in august my poor husband waited at the hospital all day for his nose operation and it was cancelled at 4 in the afternoon so I know how frustrating it is, good luck x

Did she not tell you when you are due to have it then? It seems rather odd that you had to get your GP to order your injection but then have to go to the hospital to have it? It sounds like something is not quite right there! The practice nurse should be able to give it to you! I would definitely complain if that is the case?

Are they running a refugee health care center? coz that's the only way to justify such a gaffe

I would make sure in the future that all is a go before I even go. I think I would call a few days after this appointment is made and make sure it is a go so it can be verified, if you see what I am saying, so you don't go and waste money parking and whatever else. If this continues to be a problem I would go elsewhere if at all possible. And, I would tell them why if you are asked. If they don't know there is a problem it may never be fixed.
