You know someone is enjoying school that much when that person is ill and still is crying because they want to go to school! That is the case with my nephew, he is only 4 years old and only recently started primary school. Seems like he is enjoying it as he had a temperature this morning but was crying because he wanted to go to school to see his friends. That is so cute :D Does you child do the same?

I have no children, but I think he is an exception, I did not like so much to go to school and I was happy the days I could stay at home.

My older son was like that he just wouldn't want to stay at home even when he was sick. He seemed fine once past the school going time, until then he would whine.

He must really love school to want to go when sick. That is a good reflection on the school.

@gudheart It is also a good reflection on him. It shows his dedication as such a young age.

I'm having similar problems with F today, poor little mite has had a reaction to the flu vaccine but is desperate to go to school. We've had a few tears this morning

I am happy for you that your nephew has shown such a positive attitude towards attending school. I am sure he will have a successful academically. My eldest daughter had just graduated and is doing an internship with a law firm. While my second is in high school now.

@gudheart I am confident that he will for time to come when he has good parentage who educates him well at home. If he has such good attitude at such a young age, it definitely has to come from his parents.

My kids(daughter and grand kids) are all very smart and the grandkids never had to go to kindergarten but they never cared for school much either. Being hyper and all it is hard for them to set still for a day. That is cute though. Hope it lasts through his school experience.

I cannot imagine anyone likes school so much. i think that day he has his favorite lesson, else he will not be so keen to go to school. I wish that I have the same enthusiasm for work, but nothing will make me want to go to work when I have a temperature.

She's 37 now, so no, but when she was little, she loved school too. She's a social being.

I hate to say this, but usually children 5 and younger enjoy school, but as they get older, they don't like it anymore.
