Waiting for diner. Cooked potatos with rosemary.

I have sone pork stew left from lunch and I cooked some potatos. I will only eat one though. The other 2 will be turned into a salad tomorrow.
The one potato I will eat today is in the oven. I cut it in half, added part of the olive oil from the escalibada and fresh rosemary from my garden.
The small electric oven I have is a wonder. I can warm bread or roast a chicken.
Now, after the potao is done, this cook is going to get diner

I too like potatoes. Hope you did enjoy your dinner.It is nice that you can use fresh herbs available at home.

I have several herbs in my garden Some, like rosemary, are shrubs and they are planted in the ground.

@silvermist Rosemary is a shrub. But I have some herbs in containers such as coriander and and chives and still some small herbs in the ground such as mint and oregano
