I took time for myself today!

We are helping friends find the perfect home in my neck of the woods. They are from up north, so we help by checking out homes before they drive 11 hours to check them out.
They had seen a home they really liked but had questions, so my husband and I met with the realtor and toured the home. I really liked it, but our friends still have questioning doubts...anyway...
Then we stopped at Walmart for a few quick items and got home just in time to feed the dog. I reported back to our friends and then we got back in the car and went into our little town to grab dinner..not that there are many options!
I came in for a little while to check something but then got engrossed in TV. I think at this point in time today I'm gong to check back out and relax, I'm tired! House hunting for someone else is exhausting! I am a pro at it however!

I zonked out in front of the TV - woke up not sure where I was, what time it was or what day.

@Rosekitty I did until 4:30 am - then I was wide awake but just stayed in bed quietly until 5:00.

When a friend is depending on your help to make a decision - its very tiring on my brain.

I think I get tired from talking!!! It is our realtor who has our land listed so we caught up on things with him so we were there longer than we should have been.

Good for you! We can only do so much for others and then we need to take of ourselves.

@Jessicalynnt - after several e-mails last night, back and forth - they have decided to start the offer process on that house...of course, today, who know if they change their minds.

I relaxed and communicated back and forth and they are going to start the offer process on that house - of course, today is a new day we'll see what happens.
