Dreaming Of Spring Blossoms Already

Spring Blossoms

The weather is so gloomy that I am already dreaming of the joys of Spring time blossoming. I am looking at some of my last year pictures and feel the anticipation of the next Spring. This should help me going through the awful season that we are entering now. I do not love Winter anymore, I used to as a kid but those days are long gone. Now my passion is gardening and we can't do this here where I live in Canada. Bummer!

Can't you build a green house?

I would love to have a green house, always been one of my dreams. But I don't think that I will ever have one.

@marlina If you have the space, there are inexpensive kits and/or instructions online. I built a small one on my own years ago. It cost very little in materials.

This year is so warm that outside the wild violets and the primroses are blooming, I even see small daisies in the lawn.

@marlina I hope so, I wonder what happens if it starts to snow. I believe all the flowers will be killed.

The last time we had a mild winter you could almost garden in the wintertime. We had a butterfly bush that came out into bloom.

I remember one month of March in Toronto, we had bees and it was warm like summer.

Can you have some indoor plants? They would be nice to look at until it's time to garden outside again.

I am not a winter fan either. I am not so happy with having to wear so many thick clothes and getting bundled all the time :D I prefer the shorts and tank top season :D

I have never enjoyed winter, especially now that we tend to get mostly rain during those months.

Our winter has been strange with 50 to 60 degree weather. Tomorrow almost 70 degrees. No sign of snow yet and they said we may have a green christmas now. I just want snow for christmas and then i'm good.

The older I get the less I like winter. I'm starting to understand why older folks migrate to Florida for the winter months
