Dashing Through The Snow/Jingle Bells

Now there is an adventure I'd like to go on. We don't get enough snow down here in the valley. But, up on Bogus Basin they have a sleigh ride you can rent. I have wanted to go sleighing for probably about twenty five years. Never made it. But, 'dashing through the snow....into a one horse open sleigh.....over the fields I'd go....laughing and singing all of the way...listening to slushing and the bells ringing and feeling the cold and crisp air on my face. Exhilarating to be sure! Is there a wish you have had for this time of year that hasn't quite come through as yet?

@celticeagle When we go to Victoria, Canada, we pay for a ride in a horse drawn carriage.

a hay ride is the closest I have gotten to riding in something pulled by a horse or two

I have been on a hay ride at the maze on Halloween. Maybe I will one day.

We usually get just enough to say we had 'some'. When I was younger we would get so much we could sled. Not so any more. I live n a valley so we are pretty protected by mountains nearby.
