A Rainy Gloomy Day

Today was the only day that my daughter and I could coordinate to go out and finish our Christmas shopping. Of course, it was rainy and nasty. Driving was difficult as it was raining pretty hard and the back-splash from the cars in front of me kept visibility difficult. However, parking wasn't as difficult as we thought it would be so all we had to do was run between the raindrops to get into the stores. I can now officially say that I'm finished with my Christmas shopping (YEE HAW) A few things left to wrap and I can start my baking over the weekend. I can honestly say that I surprised myself at how organized I am this year. Usually I'm waiting til the last minute to do everything.

I am done, all the gifts are already wrapped, I think I have nothing left, but I am checking everything during the weekend.

Yup I'm pretty much done also, just have a few last minute gifts to buy today and then onto the wrapping. I planned myself well this year also. We had a rainy day yesterday too and later today supposed to be getting snow.
