How good is your posture.?Are you happy with it.Do you slouch?etc.
I am very aware of this.I am proud of mine at my age.
I have seen men slouching over and the first thing I said to myself.
No way I want this.So what do I do in my early age in the fifties.
I went to register in a ballet class to improve my posture.
Not for the dance for the posture and done this for many, many years.
I am proud of myself in improving mine
This photo here was in a recital that I did working with the children.
Also to help my spine .I got the chiropractor twice a month to strengthen my spine.
Plus the military help me also to stand attention.Stand tall .This has never change
How about you.Are you standing tall?

Great stance alright.
Yes, I was taught from my Mom not to slouch and always walk and stand tall.

I have a slight measure of scoliosis; it causes much back tension and it can be hard to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Many times being bent/slouched over has to do with genes----and I don't mean the ones you wear!

I think I spend a bit much time at the computer but my posture isn't too bad. That's a nice photo.
