Starting today, my brother and I are starting a healthier lifestyle. We are going to be cooking healthier food and also walk at night.
I'm not really calling it a resolution because those always fail. I'm just calling it a healthier lifestyle instead. We are going to grill or broil instead of fry and watch our portion control.
I called on Monday and made an appointment with my primary care doctor for the 13th. I found a rheumatologist who is taking new patients now but they need a referral from my primary care doctor. I'm really excited and hope that I can get in to see this new doctor.
Other than that, nothing exciting going on here. What have you been up to so far this week?

Good to know you've adopted a healthy lifestyle plan. I've been doing just the opposite, sitting at home and studying day and night for the finals which is currently ongoing. That's the reason why I've been away from Mylot for so long. I hope to regain conversations with you on a regular basis once this ends next week.

@ria1606roy You will have to let us know how you do on your finals. Increasing your time slowly is the way to go, at least until you have finished your finals.

Monday we ran a couple of errands, one of which is I got a book from the library that my first English professor in college had written.
Tuesday, we went out to eat at the Chinese restaurant so my husband could pick up his belated Brittany gift from our favorite waitress.
Today, we are supposed to go shopping to stock up because we have a coupon where we save money if we spend a certain amount, It is at our favorite store, and we need to replace a lot of food due to the heavy baking I did the last few weeks. However, I don't know when we will leave, I wanted to go early this morning and get it done, but my husband isn't ready yet.

@simone10 Oh yeah, ask anyone in the family, it isn't me when we are late. I am usually sitting around waiting on him.
Yes, and today I clean my neighbor's house, but I'm obviously not too busy for MyLot, because I was gone for the rest of the day and didn't sign in until this morning...I only had two notifications. I think maybe weekends are busier here, but I am busier too, with helping my daughter at her shop and services, I am not really here on weekends.

@Carmelanirel2 There are times when I wished I only had two notifications...lol. Mine seem to multiply overnight like little bunnies. I am so behind right now.

Have a happy Wednesday, too. I don't make resolutions either just for that reason. :p Going to try a healthier lifestyle myself.
