Making Some Vegetable Soup Right Now

I was cutting a lot of vegetables this morning in order to make a delicious homemade vegetable soup. After it cools, I will put it in the blender and puree it. That's how I prefer to eat my soup.
I will also freeze most of it for future eating. I freeze the soup in small Tupperware containers. Very handy to have in the freezer when the mood strikes you to eat homemade soup.
Do you prefer eating your vegetable chunky or in the puree form?

I would eat it before you pulverized it but not after - I don't like mushy food which is why I don't like canned green beans or peas. As long as I can chew I want chunks.

I have a food processor which I got recently and it is the best thing I ever bought for making veggie stuff like soup w chicken broth. I love it.
Hope your soup is delicious!

I don't think that I have ever tried pureed soup before. I like mine chunky.

Actually I never thought to puree my vegetable soup. I always eat it chunky but I like the puree idea.

I have some chicken cooking right now to make soup, and have the vegetables all cut up and ready. I will make a chunky soup. But I like pureed soup as well. I have a recipe for Potato soup, that you use the blender. Haven't made it in a long time. Maybe that will be my next one to do.
