Betty White turns 94 today-Sunday, January 17th.
I was just watching Betty and Allen on a episode of The Merv Griffin Show on GetTV a few days ago. I remember when I saw the romance between the two of them blooming on Password. I didn't know they did summer stock and a lot of theater together. That must have been fun. She has had quite a run in TV and in the movies. I just watched her again in The Proposal with Sandra Bullock last week.
She has had quite a career. Early on she was on Life with Elizabeth, Date with the Angels, and then later Mary Tyler Moore, The Golden Girls, Boston Legal, Hot in Cleveland, She has also starred in some other tv shows with senior citizens(Off Their Rockers) and one with animals. Many cameo appearances on tv shows. Was even on The Bold and the Beautiful for a few episodes.
She supports and volunteers with many animal welfare organizations. Has been a animal rights advocate for many years. She lends her name to the oldest existing guide dog school in the world, The Seeing Eye. They held a online auction where someone could win dinner with Betty back in 2012.
Her net worth is 45 Million.

She certainly hasn't slowed down at all and is still quite active for her 94 yrs. I always loved Betty White and hope she's around to celebrate 100!!

Betty is an interesting lady. I am sure her laughter and spirit of humor has contributed to her long life. I quite like her and loved her in The Golden Girls.
