Hello everyone. Just joined - a refugee from Persona Paper and before that from Bubblews and before that from Squidoo - all of them now closed (or about to). Seems like every site I join goes belly up about a year later 
! Let's hope it's third time lucky and myLot doesn't implode too! Look forward to joining in a few discussions

I went Squidoo, HubPages, Gather, myLot, Bubblews, Persona Paper, and made a few stops at Zujava, Wikinut, and Seekyt. Only HubPages has survived so far of these, and myLot, after a change of ownership and policies, is now resurrected under original ownership and paying again, which is why everyone is migrating back.

@MarshaMusselman Probably not, since I have to deal with all the deleting of links and moving content and keeping up with nine blogs. I wasn't spending much time at PP this past few weeks, either. I have to start going back to the gym, too, now that I have no more medical excuses not to. I come here when I'm too tired to do much else. I still have one or two blog posts to write tonight.

@kevin1877uk - as always interaction is the key to success. Right now I am busy elsewhere (both offline and on) so my presence here will be limited but at least it's a foot in the door.

@BillKasman1 I joined hubpages before I started at bubblews, and still make a bit of passive income there. I was also on squidoo a long time ago, but never made any money while there and never knew anyone there that I know now from the various places.

Thanks. I also loved Squidoo but simply couldn't settle at HubPages when the move happened.

I was with another site before A/C that I can't remember the name of and that one went under too so I though it was me causing these issues LOL! You better join a lot of discussions, interaction is key here. Welcome!

MYlot has always been reputable. There was a time when they went on hiatus (they sold the site) but they gave us plenty of warning and paid us what we were owed everytime. I've been on all of those sites as well.

I also did well at Bubblews and they paid me everything they owed me. I was sorry to see it close.

Good to see you here Bill. I joined a few months before bubblews went splat, mostly because Janet was writing here instead of bubblews when she went on a holiday in the Fall. I heard about Persona yesterday, and stopped by to read about it.
I'm surprised you found me so quickly.
mylot existed before bubblews and then quit paying about then. It started back up sometime last year. We're hoping it continues as it is, for certain things are more laid back here.
