MIGRAINE!! or something

I woke up at 3:30 this morning from a sound sleep with my entire head ready to blast off from my shoulders up. I have not had this kind of headache in years. I was never diagnosed with migraines and I am willing to say it is not a migraine, but man, it still hurts. I took an over the counter medication that says it is for headaches. It has aspirin, acetaminophen and caffeine. It helped some, but my pulse is pounding in my ears. Hubby thinks I have a fever. He says I feel like it. I know I am chilling. I am staying home and resting extra today. I was chilling last night as well. So maybe that is why I could not remember my discussion topic. Maybe that is why I did not do well online and just gave up. I know that my bed is calling to me now. I do not know if I will give in. I may just get dressed.

I find ibuprofen works best for headaches. I sure hope that headache goes away soon. If you can sleep that's often the best medicine,

I took a lot of Ibuprofen after my foot surgery and now it hurts my stomach. Slept some more. I do have ringing in my ears and could sleep more and really enjoy it.

Sounds like you should forget being here, and forget the rest of the day in fact. Bed is the best place for you right now. Hope you're feeling better soon.

I guess you are having lack of sleep. Perhaps you also have migraine.

I am thinking it may be a virus because of the fever.

I'm so sorry that you're feeling this way. With me the only thing that I've found that helps me when I get an awful headache is time. I always lay down with the shades pulled and just sleep it off. Hopefully you find what works for you and you feel better soon, and maybe you'll remember that great discussion when you feel better!

When I have a migraine, the only thing that helps is to stay in bed in complete darkness.

Ouch. I know those headaches. TYeast can help, or vitamin B tablets. You are wise to plan on resting.

I hope it goes away soon. Lay down in a dark room and put a cool wash cloth on your head.

Feel better. Sometimes a teaspoon of honey helps bad headaches.
