Long Day Away

I have been gone most of today, first we went and took some window measurements and then determined where the furniture would go.
After that we decided to go to Jackson for brunch and I had pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon and toast. Way to much for me to eat.
Then we went to Mountain Lake and to a store then where my son bought some kitchen utensils, then back to our town and to Shopko but found nothing there so just came on home to rest and relax
. Sorry if I haven't responded to your response yet but am trying to get caught up.
I even need to look at the new discussions and respond.

Sounds like a nice day out. My grandson went with his sister again. Today her boyfriend is working on a farm and they all went with him. So my grandson will have an adventure on the farm.

It is always exciting when a child goes someplace different and doesn't go there that often as then it seems like a real treat each time.

ItI was a busy day but since we took some measurements we now know the size of drapes to buy for sons house and he was looking to see where he would put the little bit of furniture he has. For one person the house is going to be quite large but it was the one he wanted. We all enjoyed ourselves.

It is nice to get out and about.
Glad your son was able to get things done today as well as you guys having a bite to eat, even if you did not eat much. Sounds great! You will be tired tonight.

It was nice to get out and about and I wish you could do the same. He took the measurements and now thinks he knows what color he wants to repaint the rooms inside. I never eat much so I try to go with a child's portion if I can get it.
