Good afternoon.This is a photo of my cousins wedding that they send to me.
Let me identify them to you.The older woman on the right is Luisa,follow my her son Luigi,his wife Julia,and Antonio.We did not attend the wedding as we did not know about it.This was the start of our relationship.
We visit them a couple of times.To my Italian friends here.Here is where they lived Melizzano ,Benevento Italia
If you are not familiar with this town.It is about half hour from Naples.
I just want you to noticed the wonderful gown and hat that Julia worn at the wedding.How smart is this.I do not know the year.But less than twenty years ago. Noticed that Luisa is in black out fit.My mother always worn black for years.
She is my mother niece.Do you loved the photo and the outfit?

What a great picture and a lovely bride! it's nice to look at wedding pictures and see how bridal fashions (for both men an women) change as the years go by. I love her hat

Search up any old pictures especially in the 17th century. You'll see most people did not smile. Smiling in photos was considered low class.

@amadeo Did Mama approve? lol Maybe they were hungry and waiting to get to the wedding lunch!! The marriage has lasted right so that is what counts

The style of the dress and hat would probably date that wedding photograph to the mid to late 1970's.
