How Do You Cope With Hair Fall?

I am back my friends. I was relaxing for three days because of excessive hair fall. After the three days, I can only see a few strands of my hair that fall. My doctor told me I need to take a break from my job because another cause of hair fall is stress. How do you cope with hair fall?

@rina110383 I would love thick hair. My hair is so thin and it's falling out due to stress. How do you make your hair think or were you born with thick hair? Runs in the family?

@iamshane487 I really haven't swept that much hair during those times when i was having oNe or toe bald spots in the head . All i know is that suddenly when i wake up. there's a bald spot in my head . I used ti have it injected with minoxidil and apply minoxidil lotion in the morning and in the evening . But lately i have been using a concoction wh.ich i posted here and the bald spots were covered now . Though i am still using it for the thinning top art of my head . Novu Hair is so expensive .

@iamshane487 I don't remember sweeping that much hair in our bedroom. All that i remember is suddenly when i wake up i already have one or two bald spots in my head . It was treated with injection for about two months , on a weekly basis then with minoxidil lotion twice everyday . Until i saw that concoction i posted about here . Now my last bald spots are fully covered with hair . I am now treating it with the concoction the thinning part of my hair on top of the head .

@iamshane487 try it. But it, if you have this plant or anyone in the neighborhood, just extract the gel inside an aloe leaf and massage to your hair and leave for 30 minutes or so before rinsing. Do it everyday till your hair fall is gone.

Reduce stress the best I can my friend..stress really does do that. I hope you get some relief. I also use Apple Cider Vinegar on my scalp, it opens it and nourishes so hair can grow and it has worked for me.

Good rest and less pressure will be good for the hair. Besides it, perhaps you can try the hair shampoo without silicon. Today many hair shampoo contains the silicon and this chemical stuff is bad for the hair. And it will cause to lose the hair in a long term. I have used the silicon free hair shampoo for several months now and I think its result is well.

I hope it is only stress. Try the suggestions offered here and good luck. I have a mop of hair, and if it didn't fall out yet, it never will.

Loosing 100 hair daily is normal, but if its more than that then its a problem. I prefer massaging my hair with warm olive oil and washing my hair after an hour. Dandruff also causes hair fall. Olive oil stops dandruff as well. Don't stress yourself, try and be happy.

I advice you to meditate to reduce the stress. I have to say that I don't do this barely, but well done can reduce the stress. You should care of your mind. Althougt there are too many people who refuses what I'm going to say, you decide all your feelings and emotions, and you can train your mind, it's also a muscle. Neither I'm saying that yout mind depends on meditating, I can say that if you know you can do it only thinking on this, I have reach to this mind control. Only you need to train it. The education only teach you knowledge to be productive and competent and no how to be happy. They leave it to free choice, and is is the reason for the people struggles for things absurd letting her get happiness depends on manage this things, And how it don't depends on themshelves, they never get it, and when they get really they aren't happy and want more. The truly happiness is reached if you realize that you really needn't nothing and it don't depends on rest of the people, the thoughts they have, or material things. (You can have all you want, but you have to know that it isn't necesary and is bad depending on it). The happiness it's a psychological state of your mind so you are the unique responsible of it, so you decided to have it. We all have it inside, but searching in wrong sites you won't able to find it. I say that because you can choose be calm to reduce the stress if you want and I had to explain how. I hope your problem will be solved soon.

@checky99, yes, meditating is another best treatment to reduce stress. I am having a yoga 3 times a week but because of losing motivation and tiredness, I sometimes fail to do so. Like now, it is supposed to be my schedule for a yoga activity but I am lethargic. Thank you for your long advice, my friend. I appreciate it a lot. You are right that we need to have a mind control. I believe that yoga is proven effective.

If the job is a cause of stress that leads to hair fall, you have to think seriously about the job. Is it possible to cut down the job or change to another less stressful job?

You don't cope with hair fall, you prevent it. Eat healthy, reduce stress as much as possible (regular exercise reduces stress), and be sure to use the right hair products.
