Nice Weather is Going to be a Problem

This picture was taken in a park a couple of years ago.
It has been a really nice week as far as the weather goes here. That will be a little bit of a problem for me as I do not want to be inside, or sitting down. There is too much to do and see outdoors.
There are some seedling trees that have to be cut out so we can use the space. Oh, and I need to clean up trash previous tenants threw into the back drainage ditch or whatever it is called. It is not concrete but it is like a man made stream. When the have a lot of rain it manages the water I guess.
There appears to be a patch of daylilies, I sure hope they bloom.
Right now I have trailing vinca in bloom and pale purple phlox. That in addition to my tulips. The daffodils seem to be done.
So I suppose it may be that I am online before sun up and after sunset.
I also have plans to get seating set up so that I am able to eat outdoors.

I did not do much mylotting during spring and summer. But I don´t care. My plants thanked me.

We have pondered more and more the garden thing this year, I think we are looking at doing a vertical pipe garden, we have rodentia (moles, voles, burrowers) that are rampart and they'd eat the roots. Keeping the dogs out would be a pain, as would tilling that much land that's never been tilled. So this way we can ring it with a fence, and it will take up MUCH less space.

Plannng ahead makes success much more likely. I have not seen dogs running loose here which surprised me. Since you will be purchasing soil you will have fewer weeds for sure.

@GardenGerty I think so yeah, and easier on the knees, since we can just sit and take care of it. Have a few books tagged and been going some research on it, dont know if we can make our own, or need to get a frame

It sounds lovely, our weathers still wet and cold, but I really do need to start clearing the garden.

This property has been a very cared for. I am basically starting from scratch. The really nice days are inviting. The gloomy ones not so much.

I can't wait to be able to spend more time outdoors. Unfortunately winter is slow to leave this year
