Nature shows the way, Keeps us on our toes

As I look back on my life and those of others, I cannot but admit nature not only nurtures us but also shows by example how to live our lives. It is ever balancing to sustain life in all its variety so that we are not in continuous shocks. The climate may be very hot or cold, too much rain or otherwise, but we can weather them. Too hot weather is usually followed by good spell of rain and over a period of time they balance out to an extent we take much for granted. No wonder our abode is called Living Planet, nurtured by Mother Nature, ever alive to the needs of those that are its denizens.
Do we need a greater role model than Mother Nature? It works 24/7, nothing is wasted, everything is recycled including the mighty us! It provides everything for sustenance like a benevolent host so that the guests are more than comfortable. We are provided with every ingredient to value add our existence though we are more into destruction mode by the day.
Nature does not differentiate and exhorts coexistence by sprinkling all life forms everywhere for variety to underline the oneness of creation and the uniqueness in each encompassing everything we see and those we don’t. Like nature shows by example, let us do our bit to play our role as co-creators; the least we can do is to enjoy our time here and be grateful for it.
Nature is the best role model for me. How do you view nature and how does it impact you? For me, our Creator is present and alive in His creations and so is aware of my existence. When I lead my life with this awareness I feel not only safe but also blessed.

Left alone it will dole out what is good for us but unfortunately it is too late. Nature has gone haywire thanks to us meddling with it far more than it can take.

Nature and creation itself will go on with or without us. We can self-destruct and do collateral damage in the process but to become true co-creators is the ultimate challenge.
Like it is easy to criticize others than be a good role model, we are more into negativity than for coexistence. That vicious cycle is likely to doom us when we are beyond repair - siva

@Shiva49 I cannot underestimate the mega role of an individual to repair the damage but the question is that is not on the agenda of most. As for me when I reach the pearly gates of heaven I will not be asked questions about me having destroyed nature as I am a nature lover and an environmentalist.

@allknowing That should allow you in with a wave of of the hand or automatic opening of the gates.
I remember what I school friend wrote in the autograph "each can do but little, but if each does that little, all will be done" - so an awareness of our role is a good starting point. I feel it is catching on - siva

When we are grateful for the munificence showered by nature on an ongoing basis we ride the right path towards all round betterment. Since we are taking too much for granted we take a path that invites misery.
Yes, we reap what we sow and invite our own karma through our thoughts and actions, and that is fair dinkum. We are given choices and a mind to know the consequences of our actions - siva

Nature is my god, or goddess
I'm always happiest when I can be in natural surroundings and observe everything for however long I like, and it is amazing the way our planet works as one organism

@Shiva49 Even self-indulgence and debauchery can be sustained to a certain degree if we could only learn to make respect work alongside!

How the planet works is way beyond our comprehension - we have not even scratched the surface of the intricacies, self-balancing, at play.
We should play along than upset the apple cart of the one living planet that we know of by leading a life of self-indulgence and debauchery - siva

I too feel most in awe and most humbled by the nature that we have been blessed with in this our world my friend.
There is nothing we can make or dream of that compares.
I am most at home in it.
Thus we are in harmony.

Yes, the whole process that sustains creation is truly humbling for us. It has given birth to the origin of mankind, the many colossi that have trodden our path and the future that awaits us. It sustains, rejuvenates and reinvents itself all the time - siva

I have often wondered why we have this mysterious working nature here, but on other planets there seems to be no such think working there for that planet.
What is this thing that we call nature, not our own physical psychological nature of course, but the nature that seems to control our planet's workings.
On our planet it seems to be mostly benevolent, mostly allowing life to live here, but on the moon, or Venus, or Mars, where is this nature there?
Nature works with God's love to create life, because at its heart is God's creative nature itself. Where God creates, life becomes itself, and nature is the natural process enabling and mothering it along.
On the other planets, there appears to be no life, and not much nature to nurture it, but time heals all such perceptions, has the time to create new ones, and also hides past ones.
With the passing of each millennium, all is either still being used in some way, or has been used in the past, or connects vibrationally positively in some way to where nature is working presently, apparently more diligently, than in other places.

I think life in some form or other is present all over the universe but we are not able to perceive or connect with it with our given senses. Otherwise, the whole outer space including stars, planets, black holes, exist for nothing and that cannot be the reality logically. It may well be we are unable to connect with the living universe and take all as empty space.
The greatest mystery is that life seems to exist only on this planet but why has our Creator concentrated only on this dot leaving the whole canvas empty sort of? Maybe, we have to, step-by-step, reach out and find a way for interstellar travel. Scientifically, we are marching ahead but it is also possible that we can self-destruct due to our inherent fault lines showing up.
Nature as we know here sustains life of every variety but how to survive in barren lands and in the vast space that seem to be just devoid of life giving matter. I think we require some input to get to the next stage as we seem to get stuck here and going around in circles, getting on each other's nerves! siva
