Scatterbrained!

I just got off the phone with someone who called to ask about a meeting time with one of the girls. She had suggested a Friday, which I explained was not a good time as this daughter has prior engagements on a rotating schedule that works out to roughly every other Friday.
She insisted about the Friday though, so I said I'd have my daughter let her know which weeks she was available. I then said I knew this week would not be a good one. She acknowledged this fact, and we went on to discuss other things, and at the end of the conversation she says to me, "See you tomorrow!"
Taken aback, because she wants to meet with my daughter and not me, I reminded her tomorrow is no good. She basically got off the phone with a, "Whatever, I get confused!"
OMG! I can't stop shaking my head. And this person is a professional? Wow!

Yes I experience this type of personality on a weekly basis supposed to be a professional.
I have come to the conclusion that it is or possibly can be done on a dont care basis.
A sort of proof of uncaring.
So inconsiderate..the world revolves around them.
I used to also think it was scatter brained but I no longer have patience for the ineptness.

@Ruby3881 I suppose I have become critical of this one I have to deal with..it incites me now as like you say at first it was cute, now it is just unacceptable. Good at least that persons heart is in the right place, I dont believe that is what I am dealing with.

@TiarasOceanView Unfortunately, I still have to deal with her claiming things that never happened (maybe she's thinking of someone else?) or trying to say that we "already knew" something that's absolute breaking news to us. It's frustrating.....

I can relate to this so much. I feel like a scatterbrain when I am full of anxiety I can't think or remember important things. Ugh! Maybe this gal needs a rest.

@carebear29 We have all kinds! I have at least one on the autism spectrum, though two more are awaiting diagnosis. Three have ADHD. Two have dysgraphia. We also have dyscalculia, mental retardation, slow processing speed and memory issues thrown into the mix.

Hopefully we won't have too many more dealings with her. It's just a couple of months, and then the current project will be over. After that, I don't think we'll have to work with her in any kind of collaborative way.
She's a nice enough lady to talk to, and I love how supportive she's been especially of my oldest girl. But with my other daughter, the relationship has been far less positive....

I already found this woman really flaky and disorganized. But honestly, I think this conversation takes the cake.
